Shipping

Order processing time ranges from 3-5 days. USPS shipping time ranges from 2-8 days depending on delivery destination.

    For PO Box deliveries, please be sure that you are able accept large packages depending on the volume of your order.

    NOTE: We are currently only shipping within the United States* for the time being. Currently, we do not ship to U.S. territories etc. We apologize for the inconvenience. We hope to be shipping globally in the near future! 

      

    Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

    We accept returns and exchanges. A return can be made for any product within 30 days of the delivery date ONLY if the product is deemed to be defective. Please proceed to contact customer service at contact@beanibeings.com, or by filling out the form below. From there, you may provide images of the defect(s) and ask to either send the product back as a return, or ask for the exact same product to be re-shipped to you as an exchange. Upon review and acceptance of the images – for exchanges – we will ship the exact same product to you free of charge. If a full refund is desired, not an exchange, your funds will be reimbursed to you, minus shipping, handling, and tax charges.

    The only exception when it comes to returns and exchanges would be for our Premium Plush Toys. Given the limited availability of these items, defective plush toys can be accepted as returns or exchanges if these limited products are in stock. Therefore, returns/exchanges can be made within 14 days of the delivery date. You may provide images of the defect(s), and upon review and acceptance of the images, we can issue you a full refund, minus original shipping, handling, and tax charges. If an exchange is desired, and the item is sold out, please contact us at contact@beanibeings.com to resolve your issue further. While we aim for 100% customer satisfaction, limitations can be a factor, however we will work with you to best resolve your issues!

    For other issues such as orders that are incorrect or incomplete, please fill out the form below, or contact customer service at contact@beanibeings.com and we will work to resolve your issue as soon as possible. However, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. In this case we would issue you a full refund, minus original shipping, handling, and tax charges, or offer to resend your original order on the house, if applicable.

     

    Order Cancellation

    Any order may be cancelled within 24 hours. To cancel an order, email us at contact@beanibeings.com and we'll be happy to assist you in regards to the matter.

     

    Business Collaborations/Bulk Wholesale Inquiries

    We are open to collaborations and bulk wholesale opportunities! While we do not offer custom, one-off products for individuals, we do allow bulk order inquiries for businesses, establishments, brands, etc. We'll collaborate with you in facilitating/supplying products that we already have out in the market, or create new products that would be exclusive to your storefront/operations.
